How it all Began!    Sandy Pond Rabbitry was formed December of 06.  Tim had owned rabbits (Boo and Bailey) as pets since 04 and the rest of the family decided they would make great pets.  Laurie got Porkchop, Carmen got Cinnamon, Tony Chubs, Melissa Fudge. Well, as we all know Pet stores are NOT the best at sexing rabbits.  December 14th Bailey had babies, December 16th Fudge had babies and December 26th Boo had babies!!! With all the excitement of raising the baby rabbits we all immediately fell in love and into the life style.  Since then our numbers have increased from 7 rabbits to over 35 rabbits!!  Since March we have been selling our rabbits as pets and enjoying every moment of it.
 

Our Staff/ Bios

Oliver- Oliver the crazy kitty is our shift supervisor.  When ever we have bunny parties, or clean cages, or even sell rabbits he's there making sure things go as smoothly as possible.  When you stop by ask for Oliver and he'll make sure your visit to Sandy Pond Rabbitry is excellent.

Laurie- Laurie is our resident Lop Girl.  If the ears Flop, there's a high chance its her bunny! She is seen holding a Mini Lop from her "Baby's" First litter, Bear. Laurie is often a e-mail correspondent and telephone sales girl!
Ben- Ben is in love with Lions.  Lionhead rabbits that is.  He began the collection of Lionheads we sell.  The newest addition to our program is Tigger a harlequin Doe shown in the picture with Ben. Ben is the Webmaster of this fine website. Good Job Ben!
Melissa- Melissa is Laurie's baby sis.  She is holding the Sandy Pond Rabbitry Super mom Fudge.  Fudge has taken care of 12 babies at once, only 8 of which were her own! Melissa is our head of advertisement.
Tim- Tim loves the dwarfs.  His first two rabbits were Boo (above) and Bailey.  Since then he has been collecting dwarfs of all different colors and sizes. Tim helps out with a little bit of everything around here.
Carmen- Carmen is our chief Financial Officer.   Taking care of the money so we don't lose it!  She keeps us all sane and in control and does everything else we all do! Carmen is normally the first contact for new telephone customers so give us a call and you'll probably get on the line with her!
Tony- Tony has the fewest rabbits but brings the "cool" into our Rabbitry.  His ideas and stud Chubs is what got us in business and keeps us going.
